Saddle Exchanges

To exchange your previously purchased saddles with new product, purchase one saddle exchange, of the new size, for each saddle you need exchanged.

Each exchange order will come in a box(s) with a return label(s). You will then be able to package up your old saddles in the same box and use the provided return label to ship them back .* On receipt of the old saddles we will credit back to you the cost of the saddle exchange, minus a $10 restocking fee per saddle; provided that the saddles are returned in "like new" condition with no visible scuffs or wear.**

If saddles are returned in a scuffed or otherwise damaged state we will still credit back the cost of the saddle exchange, minus a $30 restocking and refurbishing fees per saddle.
