RETURN AND FULFILLMENT PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] with your Order ID and parcel tracking number.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of initial order placement. If your order needs to be canceled prior to shipment, please send an e-mail to the address above and provide your Order ID.
A full refund shall be issued if the order has not been received by the shipping service. If your order is shipped, and you wish for it to be canceled, the same terms shall apply in accordance with the Return Policy and Refund Process.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and Returned items must be received in their original and opened packaging. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your SkyLift Roof Riser. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the item purchase price. Refunds do not apply to shipping charges.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

● Items purchase in a KIT must be returned as part of the full KIT. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. No single item from a KIT (roof riser, flashing or lateral stabilizer) shall be returned for a refund of the individual item.

● Restocking fee of 15% will be charged for items returned after 60 days of original purchase date.

● No returns or refunds for items purchased after 180 days of original purchase

date.
