Standard Duty Roof Risers
The SkyLift Standard Duty Riser is ideal for lightweight, residential patio covers. Installing on the exterior wall top plate and sealing with a code-approved pipe vent flashing keeps your roof warranty intact. Enjoy all of the benefits of a patio cover without the over-complicated installation.
Best For: Lightweight and polycarbonate covers. Patio covers with a build of 200 square feet or less.
Not For: Patio covers over 200 square feet, heavier construction materials, or areas with adverse weather conditions.
Is Standard Duty Right for You
Best for: Lightweight roof covers such as polycarbonate panels and typical residential builds up to about 200 sq ft Not ideal for: Heavier roofing materials Common use: Two post patio covers and pergolas where you want the simplest, most cost effective setup Most customers choose: Standard Duty riser plus UPF flashing. Add a lateral stabilizer strap for exposed wind conditions.
